Rings of Fire is the contractor of record. You never manage five vendors, and no one asks you to “message a performer and wait.”

Choose a set menu — Arrival, Performance block, Full gathering — or build a lineup by role. Prices are real customer prices with LA / OC travel included.

We confirm the bench
Every role goes out as a written work order to an insured act or licensed kitchen. If someone declines, we substitute from the bench before you are confirmed. Fire waits for the venue's written flame clearance.

One deposit
One proposal, one 40% deposit, one contract with Rings of Fire. Balance is due 14 days before the event. You get one coordinator number on the day.

For vendors
Paid work, not exposure. A work order with date, call time, venue, role, and rate. Deposit share 3 business days after the customer deposit; balance 5 business days after the event.
